We provide a 15 day limited warranty on physical products. We provide refunds for physical products, we sell online, 5 days after the product is returned undamaged to our Aberdeen, Maryland HOA offices.
We greatly appreciate all donations and always put those funds to work to further our mission. With this in mind, please understand why we don't provide refunds for donations.
